The trailer hints at their unlikely bond — Sosuke and Hana discover they’re strangely immune to each other’s anxieties. As they navigate workplace clashes and “romance practice sessions,” the two inch toward healing and affection.

Meanwhile, the newly released “Romantics Anonymous” poster hints at a love square with two other characters. With Hana and Sosuke are Hiro (Akanishi Jin), a jazz bar owner and Sosuke’s friend, and Irene (Nakamura Yuri), a psychologist.

“Romantics Anonymous” is based on the 2010 French-Belgian “film “Les Émotifs anonymes.” It blends humor and tenderness, highlighting that it’s never too late to open one’s heart. Backed by creators from Japan and Korea, the series pairs delectable visuals with a charming story about vulnerability, chocolate, and second chances.
