BGYO is stepping into a new era with the release of their latest extended play, “Headlines,” a four-track showcase of the group’s growth and artistry.
Members Gelo, Akira, JL, Mikki, and Nate deliver smooth vocals and vibrant choreography in the EP, which features the tracks “All These Ladies,” “Aloe Vera,” “Dance With Me,” and the title song “Headlines.”
At the center of the release is the key track “Dance With Me,” a song about the longing to connect deeply with someone new. The track was written by Grammy-nominated artist JBach (Jonathan Bach), Canadian songwriter Aaron Paris (Aaron Cheung), American producer-rapper Tommy Brown, and singer-rapper Courtlin Jabrae Edwards, alongside Filipino act Khimo Gumatay and BGYO’s very own Mikki and Nate.
Another highlight is “Aloe Vera,” a track about love’s power to heal and sustain, written by singer-songwriter-producer Greg Shilling and Brian Kierulf.
