When a young CEO of a top Korean conglomerate looks back on his life with regret, he wakes up 20 years in the past with the chance to redo it all in “A Man’s Man” — an upcoming live-action drama coming exclusively to Disney+.
Based on the critically acclaimed webtoon of the same name with over 470 million views worldwide, “A Man’s Man” follows Han Yu-hyeon, a ruthless and determined businessman who battled his way to the top of one of Korea’s biggest conglomerates. The youngest CEO in the company’s history, Yu-hyeon suddenly realizes he has no friends or family left and sacrificed everything to get to where he is today.
Filled with regret and having lost everything, Yu-hyeon unexpectedly wakes up 20 years in the past as a new employee. Armed with his knowledge of the future, he sets out to find a new way to the top, avoiding the mistakes of his past and rediscovering everything he lost along the way.
The series stars Park Jeong-min (“Deliver Us from Evil,” “Harbin”) as regret-filled CEO Han Yu-hyeon, alongside Bae Seong-woo (“Light Shop,” “The King”) as Deputy General Manager Kim Hyeon-min, Kim Ji-hyun (“D.P.,” “Law and the City”) as Manager Choi Min-hui, and Moon Sang-hoon (“Extraordinary Attorney Woo,” “D.P.”) as Yu-hyeon’s mentor, Park Seung-wu.
The series also features special guest appearances by Kim Seol-hyun (“Light Shop,” “Summer Strike”) as Lee Ae-rin, one of Yu-hyeon’s closest colleagues, and Lee Kwang-soo (“Gold Land,” “The Manipulated”) as Director Shin Kyung-soo.
