The Asia Artist Awards 2023 at the Philippine Arena is right around the corner. Hear our collective scream in the background? Don’t let any hassle ruin your experience of the biggest Hallyu event in the Philippines this year. Here’s a checklist of everything you need to know before trooping to the Philippine Arena this December 14.
Bring the essentials
E-ticket check. Valid ID check. Other essential items include a phone and powerbank to keep those fancams rolling. Oh, and don’t forget to bring a facemask and alcohol. You wouldn’t want to get sick, especially this holiday season. Remember to carry a bag (maximum 12×12 in.) that’s just enough to keep your essentials.
Be there early
For those who have attended concerts at the Philippine Arena, we all know how incredibly stressful it is to arrive late due to traffic. The holidays are upon us so expect heavier traffic than the usual. It’s okay to arrive early since the fanzone opens at 8 a.m. Take note of the event schedule and where to go for strapping and show card claiming. Show starts at 3 p.m.!
Check out the fanzone and AAA photozones
The Asia Artist Awards 2023 at the Philippine Arena is more than just an awards show. This is your chance to interact with other multistans and moots! Visit the fanclub booths to check out what they’ve prepared to support their idols. Ahn Hyo-seop Philippines, for example, are giving away hand banners, beaded bracelets, and more. Kim Seon-ho Philippines, meanwhile, has plans to have a coffee truck at the venue.
It’s going to be a long day of chanting and singing along with your idols so make sure to fuel up and check the concessionaires in the area.
Save those AAA memories and take unlimited photos and videos from the photozone areas.
Know your parking and exits
The show is estimated to run for six hours so everyone’s going to scramble to get home fast. Make sure to remember where you parked your car or where your shuttle is and check this exit guide to know where you’re going. Believe us, you don’t want to be stuck in the parking area for hours.
And we almost forgot the most important thing to remember at the Asia Artist Awards–enjoy the show and fangirl/fanboy responsibly. See you at the AAA!
