Yes, you read it right. The cast of the much loved Korean remake of the Japanese manga Hana Yori Dango will be coming to the Philippines soon as announced in the showbiz news show The Buzz.
Kris Aquino who is one of the hosts (and who has a crush on Kim Joon by the way) said that the Korean F4 namely Lee Min Ho, Kim Hyun Joong, Kim Bum and Kim Joon will be coming in 8-10 weeks time which, if we are going to start counting now, may fall on July *insert fangirl scream here.*
The ratings of Boys Over Flowers is steadily rising and ABS-CBN decided to move its timeslot before TV Patrol World, pitting it against GMA 7’s Hole in the Wall which is enjoying an immense lead against its original counterpart Pinoy Bingo Night. They also had a 2 hour marathon yesterday, May 16, for those who were not able to watch the first five episodes.
We all know the ability of ABS-CBN to bring stars here in the Philippines but we did not expect it to be so soon. The boys schedule were already cramped with CF and movie shooting (Kim Bum is preparing for movies and a drama while Minho has a number of CFs coming up), album recording (Kim Hyun Joong of SS501 is preparing for their album which will be out, I think on July, and a concert tour starting this August.) But still, we are happy because Filipino fans can’t wait to see the Korean F4 in flesh.
Start planning what you will do on July or better yet, file your LOAs now. 😀
For those who were not able to watch The Buzz, here’s the cut from the show. Many thanks to qtvaNn for uploading the video.
