Filipino actor-singer James Reid and Korean rapper B.I have released the music video for their latest track “Jacuzzi.”
The “Jacuzzi” music video, shot in collaboration with Okada Manila, features a sumptuous room with a jacuzzi and a picturesque golf course.
“It encapsulates the essence of a high-end party, showcasing a glamorous and energetic atmosphere, where beautiful people come together for an unforgettable celebration,” Careless Music and Cross Ratio said in a press release.
Directed by Hiromi Uematsu and produced by Careless Music Entertainment, Lit Lab Studios, and in partnership with Cross Ratio Entertainment, the video unfolds as an exclusive gathering of charismatic and stylish individuals in a luxurious setting. The room with the jacuzzi serves as the centerpiece of the celebration, with the storyline emphasizing living in the moment, savoring life’s pleasures, and embracing the excitement and camaraderie of a memorable party.
James Reid and B.I. have joined forces to create this feel-good pop track that unites Asian countries through music, fusing house and pop elements, dynamic synths, and upbeat electronic beats. The music video complements the song’s enthusiasm and carefree spirit, taking the viewer on a journey of indulgence and celebration.
Celebrity guest appearances in the music video include Maris Racal, AC Bonifacio, Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee, DJ Flict, Massiah, and A-Team.
“Jacuzzi” is a result of a collaboration between music labels Cross Ratio Entertainment and Careless, aimed at the Asian and international markets. The song, produced by Grammy award-winning producer DJ Flict, brings together James Reid and B.I in creating a club anthem that captures the spirit of fun and excitement.
James Reid shared his excitement about working with B.I, saying, “I initially became a fan when I heard his song ‘Love Scenario.’ All of his music videos are so great, and B.I has some great moves, so I was thrilled to meet him.”
