Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Ji-won gave fans a preview of their acting chemistry during the script reading for “Queen of Tears.”
Social media posts of tvN drama show Kim Soo-hyun (“It’s Okay to Not be Okay,” “My Love From the Star”) and Kim Ji-won (“My Liberation Notes,” “Lovestruck in the City”) delivering some of their lines.
Fellow cast members Park Sung-hoon (“The Kidnapping Day,” “The Glory”), Lee Joo-bin (“Money Heist,” “Love in Contract”), and Kwak Dong-yeon (“Big Mouth,” “Vincenzo”) also joined the script reading.
Writer Park Ji-eun and directors Jang Young-woo and Kim Hee-won also attended the event.
“Queen of Tears,” a romantic comedy, tells the story of a married couple trying to survive a crisis to stay together against all odds. Kim Ji-won plays the role of a chaebol, while Kim Soo-hyun is her lawyer husband.
In Korea, “Queen of Tears” is scheduled to premiere on tvN in March. Fans expect Netflix to stream “Queen of Tears” elsewhere.
