Park Seo-joon will have a cameo appearance in Park Bo-gum’s drama “Record of Youth.” It seems like Park Seo-joon is returning the favor as Park Bo-gum also appeared in his recent drama “Itaewon Class.”

An official from Park Seo-joon’s agency Awesome Entertainment confirmed the good news. Park Seo-joon is said to be close to Ha Myung-hee, the screenwriter of “Record of Youth.” The actor appeared in the 2013 drama “One Warm Word,” written by the same screenwriter.

Cameo Trend on K-dramas

It has been a trend for K-dramas to invite popular actors to do cameo roles. Park Bo-gum appeared in the finale of “Itaewon Class” as a chef applying for a job at Oh Soo-ah’s (Kwon Nara) restaurant. He wins her over not just by his looks but also by his cooking skills.

Kim Soo-hyun also made some memorable appearances in recent K-dramas. He appeared in the finale of “Hotel Del Luna” as the new hotel owner. Kim Soo-hyun also made a special appearance in “Crash Landing on You,” where he reprised his character from the movie “Secretly, Greatly.”
