South Korean actress and model Go Youn-jung is the latest endorser of Filipino clothing brand Penshoppe.

“GO YOUN JUNG has arrived. And she joins Team #PENSHOPPE to bless your timeline with her natural, vivid charm, welcoming the festival season with a new and refreshing aura,” Penshoppe said yesterday in a post on its social media accounts.

With Penshoppe’s announcement is a 27-second video of the “Alchemy of Souls” actress showcasing some of the pieces in the collection.

In another video posted by Penshoppe today, Go Youn-jung greeted her Penshoppe family.

“I’m so thrilled and excited to be a new member of Team Penshoppe! There are more contents to come, so please stay tuned!” she said.

Her video ended with “See you, Philippines!” which surely left fans wondering if she’ll be having a fan meeting in Manila soon.

On her Instagram account, Go Youn-jung posted a photo of herself wearing Penshoppe clothes. She used the hashtag #PENSHOPPExGOYOUNJUNG and tag the clothing brand’s account.

Go Youn-jung— whose name is also spelled Go Yoon-jung — started as a commercial model. She was the female lead in the second season of “Alchemy of Souls.” She starred in the period fantasy K-drama opposite Lee Jae-wook as the powerful priestess Jin Bu-yeon. In the series’ first season, she also appeared briefly as the assassin Naksu.

She also played the role of a law student with a violent boyfriend in “Law School” and a caretaker with a tragic past in “Sweet Home.” She debuted as an actress in “He Is Psychometric” and had a cameo in “The School Nurse Files.”

Go Youn-jung joins Nam Joo-hyuk, Cha Eun-woo, Song Kang, and Han So-hee as K-drama stars who endorsed Penshoppe. Other Hallyu stars who have endorsed Penshoppe include Lisa of BLACKPINK, NCT Dream, and Chanyeol of EXO.
