tvN has released new “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” photos as preview for the much-anticipated drama. The romantic comedy starring Kim Seon-ho and Shin Min-a will premiere on August 28. Here’s a look at the stunning visuals of the leads stars.
Kim Seon-ho as Hong Du-sik in ‘Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha’ Photos
Photos from the drama show Kim Seon-ho and Shin Min-a in character. Kim Seon-ho wears a long sleeve plaid shirt, typical of his character Hong Du-sik, who seems to be a countryside bumpkin. He flexes his adorable bedimpled smile, showing a laid-back and kind aura.
Kim Seon-ho plays Hong Du-sik, the village hero of Gongjin who’s officially unemployed, but is often busy helping others. From delivering food to working at a convenience store, he’s a master of all trades.
Shin Min-a as Yoon Hye-jin
Meanwhile, Shin Min-a is a sight to behold in her “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” photos as Yoon Hye-jin. Her style looks like a typical sophisticated city girl as opposed to Kim Seon-ho’s Hong Du-sik.
Shin Min-a plays Yoon Hye-jin, a pragmatic dentist who goes to the seaside village of Gongjin to open up a clinic. She’s often described as a perfectionist but has a clumsy side and a warm heart.
‘Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha’ Premiere
Just last week, tvN released a teaser video for the drama that got fans of the dimple couple excited. Kim Seon-ho is seen surfing in his wetsuit.
“Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” premieres on August 28. New episodes will be up every Saturday and Sunday on Netflix.
