“Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” has released its first teaser poster, and we’re brimming with excitement. The much-anticipated K-drama starring Kim Seon-ho and Shin Min-a is set to premiere on August 28.

‘Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha’ Poster Shows a Summer Vibe

“Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” promises to be “a perfect beach romance story” as described by tvN. The poster shows the two main leads in a beach setting. Shin Min-a walks behind Kim Seon-ho, who is wearing a backpack. The caption says, “The moment our hearts started to dance.”

Weekend Rom-com

“Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” tells the story of Yoon Hye-jin (Shin Min-a), a pragmatic dentist who opens up a dental clinic in the seaside village of Gongjin. There she meets the village hero Hong Du-sik (Kim Seon-ho), who’s unemployed but is a master of all trades. As they say, opposites attract as the pair get to know each other. Lee Sang-yi also stars in this drama.

“Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” will have a total of 16 episodes, with new episodes every Saturday and Sunday. The pilot episode will be shown on August 28 (Saturday) at 9 p.m. on tvN. Meanwhile, viewers in the Philippines will be able to catch new episodes on Netflix an hour after its release in Korea.

Kim Seon-ho is Second Lead No More

There has been a lot of anticipation for Kim Seon-ho’s latest project after his success in last year’s “Start-Up.” As much as fans loved his role as Han Ji-pyeong, they will be more than happy to see him as second lead no more.

“Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha” premieres next month on Netflix.
