Two high school sweethearts reunite 18 years after their breakup in “Love Your Enemy,” a new romantic-comedy series premiering tomorrow, November 23, on Disney+.
Seok Ji-won and Yoon Ji-won were born on the same day and shared the same name. They fell in love during their last summer of high school despite their families being rivals. However, a misunderstanding tore them apart, leaving their memories scarred. Eighteen years later, they meet again as colleagues. Old tensions resurface as they try to undermine each other. Slowly, they realize their feelings might be more than anger and resentment.
Ju Ji-hoon (“Light Shop Keeper,” “Blood Free”) stars as Seok Ji-won, the President of Dokmok High School. Jung Yu-mi (“Discovery of Love,” “Train to Busan”) plays Yoon Ji-won, a P.E. teacher. “Love Your Enemy” is written by Lim Ye-jin (“The Tale of Nokdu”) and directed by Park Joon-hwa (“What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim”). The series is produced by Studio Dragon.
