Netflix has announced the production and cast of “Bloodhounds” season 2, bringing back Woo Do-hwan and Lee Sang-yi with singer-actor Rain as the new villain.
After dismantling a heinous loan shark ring, Gun-woo (Woo Do-hwan) and Woo-jin (Lee Sang-yi) are set to land another exhilarating straight hook, this time against a global underground boxing league led by Baek-jeong (Rain).

Based on the webtoon of the same title, the first season of “Bloodhounds” ranked in Netflix’s Top 10 across 83 countries following its release in June 2023. Fans worldwide loved the teamwork and spirit shared by the courageous pair, Gun-woo and Woo-jin.

In season 2, Woo Do-hwan (“Mr. Plankton,” “The King: Eternal Monarch”) returns as Gun-woo, who embodies the righteous “heart of a boxer.” Lee Sang-yi (“My Demon,” “No Gain No Love”) reprises his role as Woo-jin, Gun-woo’s bold and brave friend and fellow boxer. Together, they reunite to take down an illegal boxing league.

Rain (“Take 1,” “Red Swan”) steps into his first villain role as Baek-jeong, who uses his power and any means necessary to draw Gun-woo and Woo-jin into the underground boxing world.
